Our Fundamental and Quantitative Analyst role is focused around producing proprietary research for both trading live positions and publication purposes. To continue to deliver consistent market outperformance we have come to rely on the fantastic platforms our research partners grant us access to.

User accounts for our current members, are reciprocated with immediate and long-term marketing benefits to our research partners:

Immediate: Inclusion of your platform logo on our website, mailing list communications and select marketing materials. Discount codes for non-members are also promoted.

Long-term: Our members spend 7-10 hours weekly on their research aided by our research partner platforms. As they go on to consistently place in top buy-side roles, we see a continued preference and recommendation for the platforms they trained on.

SumZero is the world's largest exclusive online community for buyside investment professionals hosting peer-reviewed investment research. For our members, SumZero offers a direct window into how elite fund managers think and construct investment theses with asymmetric upside. What sets it apart is that ideas are not posted as one-offs. They are updated quarterly, giving us a live view into how professional investors add to, trim, or exit positions as a thesis evolves. This teaches our members to think dynamically about portfolio management rather than treating research as a static exercise. SumZero is also a platform where we upload our own ideas and receive structured feedback from a community of seasoned professionals. Overall, SumZero is the perfect place for our members to bridge the gap between finance at a university club and professional investing.

In Practise is a specialist primary research platform that delivers deep, operator-led insight into high-quality businesses and industries. Unlike traditional expert networks that rely on account managers without investment backgrounds, In Practise integrates investment analysts directly into client projects. These analysts work alongside recruiters to develop a detailed understanding of the company, industry dynamics, and investment questions at hand, ensuring they source the most relevant and high-calibre executives. In addition to facilitating expert calls, In Practise’s investment analysts conduct their own primary research interviews, building a proprietary library of long-form discussions with senior operators and founders.

We leverage In Practise’s research to develop differentiated stock pitches grounded in primary insights and real-world operator perspectives. Their interviews help us refine investment theses, validate assumptions, and uncover nuances that traditional sell-side research often misses. This partnership also enables us to represent Oxford Alpha Fund on a global stage, showcasing rigorous, institution-level research informed by leading industry voices.

Quartr is a financial research platform that provides direct access to primary-source company materials, including earnings call transcripts and audio, investor presentations, and regulatory filings. At OAF, we rely on high-quality and reliable sources to support our research process. Quartr’s platform allows us to review earnings calls in full, track management guidance, and compare strategic messaging across reporting periods. This strengthens both the depth and credibility of our investment theses.

Access to Quartr enhances our ability to conduct professional-standard equity research and supports our mission to develop analytical skill, intellectual independence, and a strong foundation in fundamental investing.
